The Haux Hive is a sex-positive community centering the safety and free expression of Black queer womxn, SWers and QTPOC. Our mission is to create spaces for the variety of diverse identities within kink and BDSM communities both online and in-person. We take pride in creating safer spaces and experiences to express and educate yourself on sex, sensuality, and alternative sexual lifestyles.
Brooke Jay created the Haux Hive in 2017, in response to growing online conversations under the hashtag #letstalksextalk. This eventually led to our secret Facebook group of the same name. This group grew to an intimate 120 members and we soon desired to commune in person. This led to in-person Taste. Touch. Feel. events, our former bi-weekly podcast (The Haux Hive Radio), and the founding of The Haux Hive.
Taste.Touch.Feel
Taste.Touch.Feel. is an interactive adult playdate that combines visual, tactile, and culinary stimulation to create an one-of-a-kind sensual environment. The event is comprised of two distinct experiences;
1) an immersive burlesque and variety show complete with kink education and plenty of opportunities for audience participation.
2) An after party gives guests an opportunity to apply what they learned during the show and satiate their sensual palates. Consent is key and guests are welcome to engage to the extent of their comfort.
